Black horizontal line on laptop screen

I opened my MacBook Pro this morning and when I turned it on I saw my screen full of horizontal symmetric black lines covering literally everything. Does anyone know what the issue can be and how to fix it? Posted on Jan 21, PM.

I still tried the solutions that you offered but unfortunately they couldn't fix the issue.
