The sausage gravy was a little under-seasoned in my opinion and we prefer our bacon more crispy, but the sourdough was excellent and the pancakes and syrup were definitely a highlight. Great portion sizes. There's always a line to order, but well worth the wait. The elk burger is awesome. John and his staff are gracious and skilled. It's like coming home to family every time I walk in.
