Who do you think would win in a Battle to the Death between Goku and Ben 10? Roshi was just stronger than everyone else. We also have King Piccolo taking minutes straining and charging his energy to produce a city wiping attack as well as guide books claiming his power to be equal to that of a hydrogen bomb.
