April 24, But Beauvine Burger Concept has rather confidently taken up residence in the hallowed space it once occupied, bringing its concept of repurposing the flavors of Virginia, California and France with the Richmond diner in mind. The bread that came with the brie was curiously dry and crumbly when we were craving something crusty and chewy. While the appetizers we sampled were perfectly fine, intuition told me the burgers in this burger joint would leave them in the dust. They did. Third, you can have your burger on a standard or gluten-free bun spread with butter and crisped on the flattop, or in a lettuce wrap. Those are also available. For us, they underwhelmed a bit but were a big hit with the couple at the table next to ours.

Exceptional ingredients put together in the most spectacular fashion! Tastes as wonderful as it looks! And I adore their creative menus items; they undoubtedly have their own, unmistakable signature flair! I get exactly what I ask for every time, and when you go in person the staff are super nice.

Salted Maple Caramel Shake. Magnolia Lane. Pickled Vegetable Jar. House pimento cheese, Applewood bacon, red onion, tomato, bibb lettuce, and Duke's mayo. Raspberry Soda. Best burger I've had in a long time, and probably the best burger I've had in Richmond. We also had milk shakes, pickled veggies and the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese appetizers, all were great!

The Duck Fat Fries are a staple: straight-cut fries that are just salty and crispy enough to enjoy with a burger and shake of your choosing. Artisan Burgers.
