It carries no value beyond I think level 25 so legacy level cap is pretty pointless, at least the way it's currently implemented and I use that term loosely. It is a bit unnerving when you are playing your level 50 and don't get any system message upon defeating an enemy mob. No character experience, no legacy experience They really should do something to reward level 50 Legacy folks. But you still do continue to gain Legacy XP at 50 when you complete a quest or warzone it doesnt display any XP but if you look at your chat window it will show Legacy XP gained. I'm actually getting a nice amount doing warzones and dailies. You still gain Legacy XP at I don't think it is limited to completing quests, either. I see gains in combat, completing missions, and when discovering new areas. Well, with the achievements system we finally get a title for legacy level
