This quest begins immediately after completing Synth Retention. Speak with Father, and he will tell you about some stolen Synths. He will tell you to go to Bunker Hill , so that you can get stolen Synths back. As you talk to him, fighting will break out. This is going to be a long, tough battle. The Brotherhood of Steel will show up, and all out chaos will happen. Do your best to sit back, and let the various Synths who show up do the bulk of the work. Pick off the odd person from a distance if possible while you wait for everyone to fight it out. Be particularly careful with the Brotherhood , as they have lots of troops, and some very powerful Captains and Sergeants who have Gatling Guns, and Gatling Lasers. Once the fighting has calmed, you'll find an open red door on the one side of the area, that lets you get in the camp and to the trap door. Once inside the fighting doesn't end. Again, sit back and let the Synths do the tanking, as you pick off the odd character when possible. Eventually, and with some care, you'll fight through and make it to the Synths. You will have some decisions to make with the Synths, but ultimately you'll end up back talking with Father, so head to see him once you decide the fate of the 4 escaped Synths.
