The Back To Basics fitness program is best done as a group exercise or small group exercise program at gyms, church fitness ministries or personal training facilities. For the ideal group exercise presentation we recommend two leaders. Alternatively though, individuals can use it at home, while traveling or within a fitness facility. Participants are encouraged to arrive early for conversation and fellowship.
