Basanti found a home in June in beautiful San Juan Capistrano, but it was actually born in my mind since Basanti restaurant always wanted to open a neighborhood restaurant that served delicious Indian cuisine with excellent customer service. Having been brought up in a household where my father rushed home from work every day to try new recipes for us, basanti restaurant, and spent weekends treating extended families to his delicacies, basanti restaurant, I yearned to create an establishment that served delicious cuisine whilst making guests feel welcome.

We tried the mango lasso, chicken momo, chicken tikka masala, lamb rogan josh, onion kulcha, and garlic nann. All of it was delightful! Highly recommend the onion kulcha and chicken tikka masala. Will definitely be back to try other dishes soon! December Classy food, classy service and great contemporary music made this visit a pleasure. Best food choice was Lamb chops marinated in lemon and yoghurt and slow cooked in the tandoori oven. Also recommend their Kormas and the Goat curry and their garlic naan breads. Also recommend their onion bhajis!

The Indian food outlet at Bluewaters is fabulous. Outdoor seating on the promenade is very good. Cuisine is Exquisite. All the The outlet also serves cocktails, Beer and other spirits. Mango Lassi was fab. A must not be missed place. Vegetarian and Non vegetarian fare, both are good.
