Chef Koldo Royo likes to communicate through cooking, sharing knowledge, learning and teaching. He has lived in countries as diverse as France and Mexico and, of course, he got to know the different cultural facets of various Spanish cities. When he returned to Spain, he opened his first restaurant as head chef: Restaurant Porto Pi, where he stayed for 3 years and was awarded a Michelin Star.
