In the past 2 years, my dogs have been repeatedly denied medical attn. I made an appt a month ago. My husband takes him in today and they tell him, they have no room to see my dog. He shows them the confirmation and they sat there is nothing they can do. He could wait around for the next 2 hours and if someone else doesn't show up they might be able to see him. I called to figure out what was up and they tell me that I must not have made the appointment appropriately.
