You'll want to collect all of the Astro 's Playroom puzzle pieces if you have any intention of completing the lovely murals in the PlayStation Labo zone. Of course, you'll find the remaining 28 Astro's Playroom puzzle pieces in the gachapon machine at the back of the PlayStation Labo area.

Within each main room, there are four sub-levels with a few requiring Astro to operate a particular suit. Each sub-level has four puzzle pieces and two PlayStation artifacts to collect for your trophy case in the PlayStation Labo. Jump down the slide to gracefully dive into the ocean and swim up to the beach. Immediately head left and follow the trail of coins. Defeat the purple enemies wearing the swim rafts building the sandcastle. Collect the coins then jump on the surrounding umbrellas to boost yourself to the bigger umbrella.

For the final puzzle piece, head to the back of the first rainy area to find youtubetitties kind of shelter, with a bot sitting atop of it, and a Heavy Rain reference just beneath it.

Each level in Astro's Playroom has a number of puzzle pieces for you to find and collect, which are one of the many collectibles that you can find throughout the game. Below you'll find the locations for each of the four puzzle pieces in the CPU Plaza, along with how to reach them in Astro's Playroom. The first CPU Plaza puzzle in Astro's Playroom is located on the lower level of this area, which can be reached by going down the right-hand side of the plaza. Once in this area, you'll want to go to the far-left hand corner from the bottom of the ramp, you'll find three sets of wires that you can pull out. The second CPU Plaza puzzle piece in Astro's Playroom is located on the second section of platforms that you activate. To collect this piece, you must first pull out of the wires that can be found atop the ramp on the left-hand side of the plaza. Next, you need to climb up the platforms that have appeared out of the side of the wall, until you reach another set of wires; pull these to create more platforms for you to climb. Now, you'll want to jump over to the platform on your left, which will lower depending on which end you stand. You'll want to ensure that you're standing on the end nearest the platform you just jumped from.

Use the Beam Glide on the glass panel on the floor here to reveal a Blue Trampoline, which will help you bounce up to Puzzle Piece 1 up above! Return to the starting area and smash the Canisters as you head up the steps. When you get to the other side, look behind you to spot three easy-to-miss Coins under one of the steps. Kill the two Knockers next to the Checkpoint, then drop down near the Wires to land on a lower ledge with more Coins on it. Now tug the Wires to reveal a DualSense Slingshot.

After the section where you have to move across handhelds on a rotating cylinder, you'll reach a checkpoint. From the second puzzle piece, finding the third is just a case of working your way up the route. Hop on the lilypad to start moving along the icy water. Use your rocket jets to light their fuses causing them to explode, which will reveal a secret area hidden below. Jump continuously to advance, and then jump on the lilypad at the end to rise to the next area. So make sure as you're gliding in that you aim your descent well to collect it. The fourth puzzle piece is to be in line with the second snow pile before heading over the waterfall. Immediately after here there's a place where you can drop down just to the left. Still in the pinball section, just up and to the left of the first puzzle piece is a little button. To the right of this set of bars there is a solo white handhold, which you'll need to swing across to. From the starting checkpoint, walk straight toward the blistering sand winds. Hop to the left and jump on the silver button to activate rising platforms. The third puzzle piece is just before the platform you land on at the end of the third and final glider section.

And once again, there are 24 hidden collectibles to find. Half the fun of the game is searching every nook-and-cranny for secret optional paths or bonus puzzles. Artifact 1 : Go to the right side of the starting jungle area to find a lower section.

At the top of the second one is the next puzzle piece. There will be an automated belt that will push you back. Jump across the third two, and then there's a block of four. It's that old adage of "It's Behind You! Under here there's a little cluster of grass and plants. Hop on that button to bring out outside platforms to jump on to climb higher in the level. There's a wooden jetty extending into the sea towards the back of this area. Straight after this section, you'll ride a glowing pink motherboard-esque platform and have to avoid some electric barrier. Doing so will make it rise up to reveal the puzzle piece underneath. Continue walking along the right-hand side of the beach, destroying the two purple enemies playing in the sand. Immediately head left and follow the trail of coins. Get to the lily pad and ride it along, leaping over all the obstacles. After you've navigated the first rocket, the first puzzle piece can be swung to up above.
