Titans are a unique variant of Bosses found on Corrupted Earth in Extinction , they dwarf almost every boss in size and are unmatched in power. As a roaming-summoned Boss , they can only be summoned from their arena-specific flooring through activating the terminal found within dungeon-depths of the cave before being seen in the map. Unlike other bosses, however, these can be tamed by eradicating the corruption emerging around their body parts. Also unlike other Bosses , which appear as level 1, all Titans arrive at Level or above with each titan having a specified level and will gain boosted level depending on its taming efficiency , which is impossible to achieve for any other tamed creature without cheating. Once all the corruption has been expelled from the Titan, it will fall down unconscious. All the survivor needs to do is to "use" to tame the titan.

I had 2 gigas with, 34khp, md my tribe is just me and my friend hahahaha , do the OSD red really "easy", haven't tryed the purple one I can bring mor 1 or 2 gigas to the fight if needed. All the titan battles are rather unique fights. I'd probably not go for 2 gigas, although you got some strong ones there that could probably do it esp. In both situations you want to move quickly to dodge the "dismount-attacks", which can get tricky on a giga. We did them without trouble with a pure boss rex rush. It will not use this attack initially but once it suffers some damage or when one of its corruption nodes is destroyed, it becomes a common attack if you are above it, ark titans.

Appearing as a mythical creature with shards of ice and horns coming out from it, this boss is capable of dealing a lot of damage and freezing players and tames in place. The Ice Titan can be summoned by using tributes to begin the fight at the Ice Titan Terminal which you may find after entering the Ice Cave Creatures may be in the area when you spawn the Ice Titan, so keep a lookout for additional threats that may cause trouble during the fight. During the fight, the Ice Titan will attempt to move close to you to stomp you and will also use its freezing breath attack, capable of freezing you in place. When you are a bit further from the Ice Titan, it may attempt to leap into the air and will deal damage in an area where it lands, this should be avoided. Try to get mounts with high health and damage to attack the Ice Titan and if you can keep a good amount of distance by using other tames to tank and attack it you can shoot at it. A good technique is to get sturdy creatures that deal good damage like Rexes, Therizinos , or Spinos and ride a Yutyrannosaurus to buff them. The Ice Titan appears to have a gorilla-like body with hints of mythical creature-shaped features, horns, and ice around its upper body which resemble a sort of ice crown.

The King Titan is the strongest boss in Extinction and it is the only one on the map that has a Gamma, Beta, and Alpha variant. This creature appears to be a large reptilian creature that has been exposed to corruption, its Alpha variant being similar to Tek creatures. Defeating this boss is considered to be the final act in Extinction, ending the story for those who defeat the boss and enter the final portal.
