At the end of the long elevator ride, continue past the hallucination holograms into the next room. Disable the hardlight door to enter The Tower, and walk through the corridor with two Grunts inside. You can see the courtyard entrance door just above the part that says 36 on the AR in the image above. Stand facing the grav lift, and look to the right. Cut through there and into the container to its left to find this Spartan Core. Before you ride the grav lift up, stay on the ground. Facing the grav lift, turn left. Head over the the edge of the cliff there, and look underneath the platforms on your right to find this armor locker.
