Requesting Resources Once you have logged in to ILLiad, you can request articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, or theses.

This will allow you to view all the times that are available for reservation. Use your finger to scroll through the time slots if using a mobile device. You may make room reservations up to 90 days in advance. Choose a 1-hour or 2-hour period from the gray time slots that are available black slots indicate times that have already been reserved or that are currently unavailable. You can reserve a maximum time of two hours per day. You must confirm your reservation by email within 15 minutes or the reservation will be canceled. You must use your APSU email address to make the reservation.

Students who live 50 or more miles away from Austin Peay may request that items be delivered to their place of residence. These services are available for a small fee. Click Submit Request after filling out the form. If the loan period is 14 days and delivery takes 4 days round trip, you will only be able to use the book for 10 days. Faculty and staff may request on-campus delivery for items already in Woodward Library's collection by filling out the On-Campus Delivery Form. Delivery time is included in the loan period.
