We had arranged everything, paid the deposit for the meal, the main course for 75 people. On the day of the wedding, we called them around noon for a wedding and let them know that we wanted them to set up around We told them that we would deliver the chafing dishes to them on Monday morning. The wedding went well. We went to the head of the line for dinner and then I noticed that there were no chafing dishes on the table. I put my dish down on our table and tried to find a phone book. Finally I called and talked with the owner. When I asked him about catering our wedding, he said that he was planning it for the 14th, the next day. He waited for us to call him.
