Goku is much stronger, much faster, and much more durable than Aizen will ever be, but in a 1v1 scenario in which both Aizen and Goku can use everything in their disposal, I think Aizen will have an edge in the fight. I will not going into details or calculations, but I think EOS Aizen is around planetary in strength and around light in speed. But his trump card is his zanpakuto, Kyoka Suigetsu.
