When the job was done neither the nav or the radio would work and I learned that code numbers had to be entered to fix the issue. Posts at this site tell of removing the radio to find the serial number!! Neither of those things were an option for me. There had to be an easier way. You could tell that the person was reading something for the info and it wasn't working.
