After all of this started, I noticed that the CPS control pressure sensor on the drivers side oil rail was leaking oil past the sensor, so I changed that with an OEM one and replaced the harness.

Fuel filter over pressure f 7. Thread Tools. Started leaking fuel out of blow down valve 3 weeks ago. I replaced blow down valve and it continued to leak. Researched forum on ford enthusiast and found description of similar problem with owner finally rebuilding return pressure control valve solving problem. Replaced today and still leaking. Blew return line with compressed air and could hear fuel tank pressure venting. Unscrewed fuel cap which completely relieved pressure. Ran again with cap off but still leaks. I don't see any damage to fuel return line.
